The Smarter Symposium: Join Us in London

Attend Initiate's Smarter Symposium and gain new ideas and insights
Are you in or near London? Then join us on May 26 for The Smarter Symposium. This one day event and executive dinner will help you discover how a unified view of your information is a smarter view through:
- Smarter developments: Learn about the Initiate and IBM integration and how it will benefit you.
- Smarter technology: Discover the latest evolutions in Initiate technology as well as what is planned for the future so you can plan your forward strategy.
- Smarter organizations: Hear from a variety of customers who are using Initiate technology to get smarter about their customers, patients, citizens and more.
We’re excited to have three customers who will share their stories, experience and best practices.
Tim Mckeon, Programme Director at NFU Mutual, will discuss how NFU Mutual is leveraging MDM technology to create a “Group Single Customer View” to meet customer demand and expand sales channels. Tim will discuss how NFU Mutual has improved data quality, optimized longer term business processes, and leveraged customer data to identify household values and aggregated risk levels.
Next, Theo van Konigsveld, Global Head of Data Management for Rabobank, will detail how Rabobank is becoming a smarter organization. Using MDM technology, Rabobank is creating a central view of customer data across their organization. This view provides the cornerstone that will allow Rabobank International to maintain regulatory compliance in a more efficient and effective manner and forms the foundation for all customer-related processes, such as CRM and transaction processing.
Finally, Julian Trill, PND Delivery Manager for the National Policing Improvement Agency, will address the value of MDM and entity resolution for tracking persons of interest. NPIA is working to improve risk assessment and vetting processes and detect and disrupt crime before it happens.
This day-long event will foster conversations about starting with master data management, the necessary data governance and data quality measures, and best practices you can apply to your organization. We hope you’ll join us on 26 May in London. View the agenda for more details or to register.
